d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des services \u00e9lectroniques tels que les registres publics, ainsi qu'\u00e0 la d\u00e9claration des personnes soumises \u00e0 l'obligation d'information, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la directive sur la protection des donn\u00e9es. <em>Ordonnance \u2116 1 du 04.06.2014 sur la proc\u00e9dure et les mod\u00e8les de fourniture d'informations sur les activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux d\u00e9chets, ainsi que sur la proc\u00e9dure de tenue des registres publics.<\/em><br clear=\"none\" \/>Le NWIS se compose de deux sections principales :\n<ul>\n \t<li>section pour les utilisateurs non enregistr\u00e9s - librement accessible \u00e0 toutes les personnes, qu'elles soient des utilisateurs internes ou externes, contenant un ensemble de services \u00e9lectroniques publics et gratuits ;<\/li>\n \t<li>section pour les utilisateurs enregistr\u00e9s - elle est disponible uniquement pour les utilisateurs (internes et externes) qui ont l'enregistrement correspondant
