Er hatte seinen Master-Abschluss im Rahmen seines Grundstudiums an der Montanuniversit\u00e4t Leoben, \u00d6sterreich, vorbereitet, das durch das Sokrates-Erasmus-Programm finanziert wurde. Er absolvierte einen von der Europ\u00e4ischen Akademie f\u00fcr Steuern, Wirtschaft und Recht in Berlin, Deutschland, organisierten Masterstudiengang in europ\u00e4ischem Fondsmanagement.<br \/>Derzeit ist er gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrender Gesellschafter von MAGISTERIUM Ltd. Er war Staatsexperte in der Abteilung f\u00fcr Ausschreibungen und Evaluierung, Direktion EU-Umweltfonds, Ministerium f\u00fcr Umwelt und Wasser. Davor war er Nationales Referenzzentrum f\u00fcr Abfall, Abfall und nachhaltigen Konsum und Produktion, Abfall und Ressourcen f\u00fcr Bulgarien bei der Europ\u00e4ischen Umweltagentur. Er begann seine berufliche Laufbahn als Experte in der Abfallabteilung der Direktion Umwelt\u00fcberwachung der Exekutivagentur f\u00fcr Umwelt in Bulgarien.<br \/>Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 17 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Umwelt, Vorbereitung, Kontrolle und Umsetzung von Projektvorschl\u00e4gen.
