Vratsa ist die zweite Gemeinde, die sich der Plattform f\u00fcr Kreislaufwirtschaft anschlie\u00dft. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen sich die B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger \u00fcber die Abgabestellen f\u00fcr die anfallenden Haushaltsabf\u00e4lle sowie \u00fcber die M\u00f6glichkeiten zu deren Vermeidung, Wiederverwertung und Verwertung informieren.<br clear=\"none\"><br clear=\"none\">CEMIS ist die erste und bisher einzige Plattform, die die auf dem Gemeindegebiet verf\u00fcgbaren Informationen \u00fcber alle Anlieferungsstellen f\u00fcr Verpackungen, Textilien, Autoreifen, Batterien, Elektronik, gef\u00e4hrliche Abf\u00e4lle usw. sowie \u00fcber die verf\u00fcgbaren Kompostierer und getrennten Sammelstellen zusammenfasst. von Abf\u00e4llen und deren genaue Standorte.<br clear=\"none\"><br clear=\"none\">Die Plattform wird den Einwohnern von Vratsa helfen, die Vorteile der Kreislaufwirtschaft zu entdecken, indem sie lernen, Waren nach ihrem Gebrauch in wiederverwendbare Ressourcen umzuwandeln, die Sekund\u00e4rproduktion und das Recycling zu f\u00f6rdern, das Abfallaufkommen zu verringern und den Lebenszyklus von Produkten zu verl\u00e4ngern. \u00dcber die Plattform kann jeder Interessierte einfach, schnell und bequem Informationen \u00fcber die Standorte f\u00fcr die getrennte Sammlung und Weitergabe von Haushaltsabf\u00e4llen oder gebrauchten Waren und Gegenst\u00e4nden in der Gemeinde finden.<br clear=\"none\"><br clear=\"none\">CEMIS bietet auch n\u00fctzliche Informationen \u00fcber die Vorteile der Kreislaufwirtschaft, die Abfallarten und die entsprechenden Rechtsvorschriften. Der gro\u00dfe Vorteil von CEMIS ist das Forum, in dem die registrierten Nutzer untereinander Informationen austauschen und das Ausleihen oder Teilen von Waren und G\u00fctern selbst initiieren k\u00f6nnen, um so die Entstehung von Abf\u00e4llen zu vermeiden. Auf diese Weise wird die Plattform zu einem \u00f6ffentlichen, gemeinsam genutzten Raum, in dem jeder Nutzer Informationen \u00fcber die Orte, an denen Abf\u00e4lle abgegeben werden k\u00f6nnen, die in den Stadtvierteln verf\u00fcgbaren Dienstleistungen, Services, Kampagnen, Initiativen, bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren und sogar Ideen f\u00fcr die Schaffung und Entwicklung von Modellen f\u00fcr die Kreislaufwirtschaft \u00fcbermitteln kann.<br clear=\"none\"><br clear=\"none\">Die k\u00fcnftigen Nutzer von CEMIS umfassen alle Gruppen der Gemeinde Vratsa - von den Einwohnern, den kleinen Unternehmen in der Nachbarschaft und dem Nichtregierungssektor bis hin zu den Organisationen f\u00fcr Abfallverwertung, der Recyclingindustrie und der Verwaltung. Eines der Hauptziele der Plattform ist es, das Bewusstsein zu sch\u00e4rfen, was wiederum zur Schaffung einer ressourcenorientierten Gemeinschaft mit einem gesteigerten Selbstbewusstsein und klar dargestellten M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Verringerung des Aufkommens von Haushaltsabf\u00e4llen und zur Erh\u00f6hung des Anteils an recycelten und\/oder recycelten Haushaltsabf\u00e4llen f\u00fchren wird.<br clear=\"none\"><br clear=\"none\">Eine gute Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Initiatoren des Projekts und der Stadtverwaltung von Vratsa wird eine Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Einbeziehung von B\u00fcrgern, Unternehmen und NRO in der Stadt sein, um sie zur direkten Beteiligung an der Kreislaufwirtschaft zu motivieren.
