\n\t\t\t\tL'objectif de la strat\u00e9gie de communication est de pr\u00e9senter le projet, sa vision, ses objectifs et ses activit\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rents groupes cibles et au public, ainsi que de leur faire conna\u00eetre les avantages et les r\u00e9sultats de sa mise en \u0153uvre. Il s'agit de promouvoir les capacit\u00e9s de la plateforme, les avantages de son introduction et l'engagement et les actions environnementales des autorit\u00e9s locales, des entreprises et du public. L'essence du plan de communication se traduit par la mise en \u0153uvre de mesures et d'activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la promotion des r\u00e9sultats du projet et d\u00e9finies en fonction des besoins des groupes cibles consid\u00e9r\u00e9s.

La strat\u00e9gie de communication sera mise en \u0153uvre dans le respect total des mesures et des d\u00e9tails, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l'annexe \u2116 2 \"Manuel unifi\u00e9 du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire pour l'application des r\u00e8gles d'information et de communication 2014-2020\" de la strat\u00e9gie nationale de communication.
